Hi I want to know when is the right time to exercise, before breakfast or after breakfast and when should we drink our first glass of water before exercise or after exercise. And how much water should I drink in a day. I am also suffering from bloating kindly help.

Early morning take lukewarm lemon water with one tsp roasted flax seed. After 1/2 an hour do exercise and walk . Daily 8-10 glasses of water. Avoid gas related vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, potato, rice etc.

Best time to drink water is early morning as you wake up . Prefer to drink Luke warm water 1glass. Best time to exercise is morning time but before workout you must take something like 1banana , dryfruit or an apple .you need to take 8 glass water everyday . You need to detox your kidney if you are suffering from bloating .

First off, morning is the best time to workout. Start your day with a good workout, it helps you to be fresh and active throughout the day.
About eating, there are these meals called pre workout and post workout meal. They give you the maximum of benefit of your workout. You can have a glass of warm water as soon as you wake up to give your metabolism a little push. Have some fruit or dates 30 minutes before workout. This will help you to have adequate energy for your workout. And a protein and carbohydrate rich breakfast 20-30 minutes after your workout.

You can drink water whenever you want. Before or after exercise doesn't matter. Exercise should be 1 hour after the meal. You can do it before breakfast but not on empty stomach or 1 hour after breakfast.
Start with 2.5 to 3 L a day.
Water can be started n taken any time of the day
Should take at least 2 litres of water per day though depends upon weather in n your city
Exercise can be done as time permits with a difference of 30mins prior to food n 2hours post meals.
Better to do it in the morning so it becomes almost a ritual .

As u wake up you can take your 1 glass of water
Anytime in a day you can do your exercise but avoid after eating do empty stomack
After eating 2 hours u can do
N while exercisesing u can take sips of water in between

Since u have mentioned bloating as a recurring issue, ideally u must make a drink as follows,
1. Add 1 tsp of fennel/saunf seeds or 1 tsp cumin/jeera seeds to a glass of water overnight and next day strain add 1tsp of honey and drink water and use soaked seeds in cooking.
2.you can also try warm water with 1 inch gratwd ginger juice 1/2 lime and honey. As first drink in morning. This will provide enough energy to sooth your intestines.
Do you work out/exercise preferably in morning in sunshine, else any time of day after a gap of 3 hrs post any of your meal.
Drink water as per thirst if u r into desk job keep a reminder on phone to hydrate your self by sipping minimum 100 ml water specially if u are in ac room.

Hi there! it really doesnt matter because you have to eat something before you go for workout or exercise and after too. start your day with 1 glass warm water empty stomach so that you restore hydration. Drinking water in a day depends on climate and person to person. in summers on an average a person should drink between 2-3 liters of water in a day.
