Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...these kind of issues common in stressful life...you need to learn to cope up with them.... fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,breathing exercises..avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits...Consult nearest psychiatrist for counseling they would surely help you.
