Mood swings and aggressive behaviour
Im suffering from extreme mood swings. My mood change very rapidly within seconds. I became quite aggressive over a period of time even for very small issues or things. Gradually i'm loosing my near ones with my aggressive behaviour. I tend go see everything in a logical manner. Lost interest and trust in family relations, friends. Either I tend to sleep too much (14-16hours) or very less( 3-5 hours). Nearly every thing irritates me. I want my things to be in a place where they are meant to be and where I have left. Im a very committed person and expect everything committed to me should be in pace. Failing which I become too aggressive.

Mood swings ,extreme aggression over small issues and also losing interest with friends and family members are indicative of an underlying mental health problem which is usually caused by some personal stressor’s . It is advisable that you seek professional help from a clinical psychologist who can help you learn coping skills with regular counselling sessions as well. Try and practice deep breathing exercises , counting backwards when feeling angry will also be helpful. Go for regular walks and try doing yoga. .
