Mood disorder
I am a 29 year old experiencing mood swings every day. I am introverted and have developed an inferiority complex.I have been unemployed for 7 years and have been preparing for various competitive examinations but haven't succeeded in any one of them. I have lost hope in life and felt suicidal all the time. My behaviour has changed a lot. How can I overcome from this disorder?? Kindly help me.

Don’t lose your heart Mate. Although a detailed medical and psychiatric evaluation is needed in your case and others too but still based on your symptoms, at least we can discuss it. Details of the “mood swings “ to be discussed. Failures happen in every one’s life but one should try to cope up with the effects that failures cause on the persons. You have not mentioned how educated you are and what competition you are trying for. What ever the examination you are going, presently, you are in low mood and having suicidal ideas. You need to contact the mental health professional as early as possible.

You are likely to be better in your thoughts and mood within a week or two, So get the help of a mental health professional. U should take help from a psychiatrist. And if possible get admitted to a hospital. As u having suicidal thought.
