Hello. This is a very serious issue. The first thing that you must do (I am assuming that you are his wife) is to make sure that you and your daughter are safe. An angry person may hurt someone without thinking and then it may be too late to repent. Please talk to family who care about you and let them know about this situation. As the child is at risk, you are also responsible if something happens to her. So please contact the police / woman's cell as soon as possible and let them know what is happening. It would be best to have some family come and stay with you. Regarding this person's mood disorder, has it been diagnosed? Is he on treatment? If not, please ask his family to take him to a psychiatrist immediately. If you are going to take him, ask your family to accompany you.
Next Steps
Immediately go to a safe place, tell family and contact police/woman's cell. See a psychiatrist immediately.
Health Tips
You must not take this lightly as this involves risk to you as well as a child. You must take steps immediately.
