Mood changing problem from 6 months
Hello sir/mam,I am Krishna.My freind is facing some mental problem.means she was suffered some mood swinging problem from six month..now she is 19 years old.Yesterday she got peak height of this problem.Upto 5pm she was fine...but after that her mood started swing.she openly not show any symptoms. when I talk her alone.that time she got voilent. So please help me for cure her problem. Thank you

Make your friend consult and discuss her problems.She might be having other symptoms pertaing to sleep, concentration, impulse dyscontrol etc too .

consult a psychiatrist or psychologist ..management would depend on result of her assessment if the problem is severe she might need medication for few days. If she is cooperative then she may benefit from CBT too

Hi. You can bring her to the psychologist for a small counselling or also get phone counselling if needed. We can help her to overcome her problems.
