Bipolar does not have just one symptom of mood change. There are phases of depression or a major depressive episode lasting for 2 weeks or more. And then there’s atleast 1 episode of mania where you feel ecstatic, happy, impulsive, excited more than normal for no particular reason. This episode of mania usually takes place before, after or between two episodes of depression. I’m any case, get yourself evaluated by a psychologist so that you can start treatment immediately and prevent bipolar or depression.
