Molar deeply splitted
My molar(ist) one cusp is splitted off like this as in the image from 3 year i dont chew from thar portion as it is deeply splitted off and a hole socket is seen can this tooth be saved or should need extraction

If toot is splitted like shown in picture then best solution is extraction follower by implant.Hemisection  has questionable prognosis.

First and foremost important is x ray of tooth and periodontal evaluation of tooth if its firm ...hemisection followed by root canal treatment and cap can be given ...bt it will be in compromised prognosis so better infact best is to go for extraction followed by dental implant

Long term solution would be extraction and replacement with an implant. If the tooth is strong hemisection and restoration can be attempted
