Hello sir...   The missing of tooth in 6 th position(molar teeth) will cause following effects..     **loss of chewing efficiency     **supraeruption of opposing tooth     **Migration of adjacent tooth in to that space and cause space loss.... It is mandatory to fill the missing tooth region with fixed prosthesis

A tooth replacement should be the major matter of concern for you right now. the truth in VI position is your first molar which plays the maximum role in chewing and speaking. Replacing of the first molar is mandatory for your overall health feeling of which can invite complications like tilting of the adjacent tooth loosening of the first molar due to excessive load on the opposite side and also the Supra eruption of the tooth on the opposite arch. Not replacing the first molar in such a young age is not a valid option
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist and get your tooth replaced as soon as possible

But think of Ur health that is going to be at danger due to loss of the most important tooth for chewing. The consequences of this is. 1. U start chewing on one side where u have complete set of tooth which leads to single side tooth wear and at later time causing sensitivity due to severe attrition 2. When u leave the missing tooth the tooth adjacent to it and the opposing tooth drift to the missing space causing u distrubence in occlusion which leads to in untreatable TMD disorder at later date. 3. Coming to your age factor u have much more to do with these available tooth surrounding the missing area. But eventually they to will get loose and fall off due to drifting. Hi. You have to replace the missing tooth. There is a phenomenon called Supra eruption which happens. In that the opposing tooth and the adjacent tooth start moving towards the empty space and eventually even they will become lose and fall off. Plus u will have difficulty in chewing later. It won't happen overnight, but slowly that's what will happen. Better to get it replaced...
