Missed periods after use of ipill

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Without having proper intercourse I ended up using an ipill because I was scared I had my periods that month after 10 days of having ipill but I lasted only one day. Since then I've missed one period of the month of April. I've taken 2 in home pregnancy tests with a gap of 2 weeks both came out negative. I've had regular periods before this which would happen mostly on time and would last from 2 to 3 days. I'm 19 and am very scared please tell me the reason for the missed period I'm scared of cysts and anything similar.

If your pregnancy test is negative then delayed period can be due to side effects of pill Do BetaHCG test to confirm .
