Missed period and high body temperature
I took litrozole 2.5 mg this month for the first time today is my expected period ,but I missed my period , not filling any symptoms of periods , but my body temperature rises so high today it's 100.1 . From last whole week my body temperature is 98.5 ,98.3 ,98.6, 99.3 . I feel so hot but not sweating.what should I do should I take a home pregnancy test or its too early. I am nervous.
