Missed period & prega news test
My wife has missed period & when checked with prega news kit shows only single line C. so what should we do further to check for preganancy.

do a repeat urine pregnancy test in 4-5 days if it is negative do beta hcg and start folic acid if she is trying to become pregnant.

Either you repeat the test after 5 days or you can do the blood test, serum beta HCG, for the confirmation.

Wait for a week and then repeat urine pregnancy test with early morning sample fasting urine. If still negative then do a serum Beta HCG
