Not getting my period
Hi, my last LMP date was around 3rd sept 2025, till now I didn't get my period, but I am facing some issues like lower back pain, nausea and sometimes cramps in my lower abdomen and sharp pain in my nipple area. Also some infrequent watery white discharge, sometimes I had a sensation my period is coming, but it's not. I got light pink line in home pregnancy test, I double checked and in the 2nd one I got the same kind of line. Please tell me whether it is pregnant or not.
