Had intercourse 3 days before my expected periods.11 days after missing my periods tested for beta hcg blood and it showed value of 0.10 . Am i pregnant or i tested earlier

You are not pregnant. In any case you had intercourse 3 days before your periods were due. That was a safe zone for pregnancy.

If you tested 11 days after your missed periods then you are not pregnant You can take medicine to get your periods
