Its been six months since mirena is inserted for endometriomas on ovaries, but getting normal periods (painless) since then leading to increase in cyst size,

Since you are hypertensive..
It's not safe to load you with too many hormones.
Mirena is a safe option but will not necessarily lead to amenorrhea.
How do you know the cyst size is increasing.
Lots of details required to be able to properly advise you on this.

Amenorrhea will depend on dose of Progesterone.
Apparently Mirena is not good enough by itself. You will need more Progesterone to develop amenorrhea.
I think you should be happy that you are asymptomatic.

Sometimes the mirena doesn’t cause amenorrhea and it might not be the best hormonal treatment for endometriosis . Cyst management depends on many factors like fertility, size, ovarian function, character of cyst etc . Discuss with your gynaecologist thoroughly and decide
