Does Mirena wear off
So I've had my Mirena for 3 years now and I've been period free. However now my periods have come back with a vengeance. Could this be a sign I should replace my Mirena? Is there a higher change of getting pregnant now? I'm sensitive to hormones to begin with and asked for the copper but was given the hormonal.

Yes. It is better to replace it. As it is sustained release hormone so it has a fixed dose implant
