According to me your baby needs mother's milk better immoglobuins, better protien and over all nourishment. There are various foods and breast feeding techniques which have proven helpful in increasing breast milk. I guess your baby deserves better. And with regard to your weight will be automatically taken care when you start breastfeeding which you should do doing at this time.
