I was 69kg when I delivered my baby I am breastfeeding my 3month old baby my weight is stuck on 60kg I want to loose weight I feel bloated what should I eat .to feel no bloating

Bloating can reduced with some eating tips. To reduce weight while breastfeeding proper balanced diet plan is required otherwise may cause some deficiencies. Be conscious about that.
