Milk in morning or night during fat loss
I am trying to lose fat, according to recently consulted nutritionist I was not getting enough calcium in my diet so I am asked to include milk in my diet. I started having it in breakfast with poha but a short search recommends milk in the night. So what should I do, should I continue having milk in breakfast or move it to bed time. Thanks!

You can take skimmed milk in the night .better to take calcium rich snacks in breakfast like ragi idly / ragi dosa with paneer .ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
