Milk doesn’t worsen creatinine in a normal person. However if renal functions are already compromised then I suggest you consult with a nephrologist for complete management

Consult a nephrologist/ Urologist to know the cause of raised creatinine levels. Milk is not contraindicated but it adds fluid in the body . total fluid intake of a person with creatinine 2.5 should not be more than 1.5-2 litres/day. So provide all the fluids in a balanced way.
Next Steps
Find out the cause of raised creatinine.
Health Tips
Avoid self medication , follow fluid restrictions.

Creatinine has nothing much to do with milk, however there is a restriction on protein intake. Which should be uptown 55gm.per day
Next Steps
