Milk after abhyarishta
Can we drink milk after taking abhyarishta? I am having constipation and want to take abhyarishta for it.

Don't take self medications. Don't drink milk after abhayarishta. Abhayarishta is generally taken after meal. So Milk should not b taken

After one or two hr of abhyarishta you can tak milk.
Second drink 1 lt boiled water in a day
3rd:- add beatroot in your diet.
4th:- eat fibrous fruit and vegetable salad once a day
Do not eat:- maize roti and banana if you have constipation.
