Mildly enlarged prostate
Recent USG report shows that "Mildly enlarged prostate with size of 3.8x2.8x4.1 cm and vol of 23cc. Uriflow test shows average flow of 5ml/sec. 20 days back had fever with UTI, and after that feeling that my bladder is not fully empty , there is no abdominal pain, or pain or burning during urination. History of kidney stone is there and 2 yrs back stone passed out during urine . Latest report also shows that there is stone in left kidney with a size of 16x7 mm. Also post void volume is 150ml. Please suggest the best treatment for the above issue .
