Mild very long term fever

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Dear dctr, My aunty (Age 48) has been facing mild fever(99.5F) daily evening time for last one month and she getting normal without taking any medicine.Family dctr has been give so many test like TLC,DLC,blood sugar,creatinine,lipid profile tag urine routine test,montoux test,ESR.But all reports are normal.Please give any suggestion .
