Mild reduction of L4-L5 S1 level
My mri shows I have mild reduction of L4L5 S 1 level inditating anterior thecal space.I am a teacher. What should I do? My job is lot of bending cutting of chart papers.& I have a problem of cold & cough every month

Next Steps
Apply hot fomentation for 15 minutes and then massage that area with volini. Do extension exercises of back
