Mild pain, laziness below knee and elbow
Since 1 month I am regularly getting mild pain below knee and elbow in both legs and hands, also feeling lazy always. I am a software engineer and it's seating job always with lots of stress. Since one year I am working from home and no physical work. Please provide me best prescription for this issue.
