It's been a month and there is continuous mild pain in my lower back. Sometimes it's just unbearable. Everyone says it will go but nothing's happening. I've tried everything I could.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...back pain may be due to muscle strain, disc prolapse, pelvic inflammatory disease, kidney stones etc...I would suggest you to avoid weight lifting and to be cautious during sitting...avoid using uneven and too soft beds...try minimal stretching exercises...take over the counter pain medication...if no improvements consult orthopedic surgeon.
