In 2018 I had diagnosed vitamin b12 deficiency anemia and my vitamin d3 level was low In May, my corona report was positive, in two weeks I have recovered from it. From 4 - 5 days I am having pain in my knee ,legs and hands and I get tired Need your recommendation on it

B12 and vitamin d3 are fat soluable vitamins, they somehow get stored in body but to maintain levels, you need to take them continually, take them as adviced earlier, and add calcium either from diet or suppliments.
