Mild hepatomegaly with Fattyliver grade2

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Mild Hepatomegaly with fatty liver grade 2 is found in my Usg abdomen Report.. Gaseous Bowel also.. LIVER FUNCTION TEST Bilirubin Total 1.29 Bilirubin direct 0.62 I also have loss of appetite Feel pain in right side of abdomen while eating meal. Pls prescribe.
