Mild diarrhea from 3 months
Hello, I am facing mild diarrhea problem since 3 months. No pain in stomach, no vomiting nothing. But i am also facing gas problem . What should I do now. Please reply

Follow the following steps for 1 week -
1. Isabgol -2tsp with buttermilk daily
2. 1 cucumber daily
3. Avoid outside food
4. Albenda (adult single dose) for deworming
