Mild D12 compression fracture
I had a hard fall and led to mild (10%) vertebral compression in t-12. There was no indication of loss of balance or any disc movements. It has been 10 days with Bed Rest. There is no pain anymore. Is it okay to get back daily routine including going to office

Take rest for 2 more weeks. Get MRI done to rule out acute PIVD Guarded rehabilitation with Taylor's brace is not a bad idea.
