D11 D12 fracture & L5-S1 disc bulge
I met with an accident and had D11 D12 compression  fracture (30% mild wedge) & L5-S1 disc bulge. I am under 6 weeks bed rest. After completing bed rest what are the precautions should I take? And in future with these fractures will i have any complications like sciatica or any type of pains.What care should I take after getting up please suggest and please tell the future complications if any are there.
