History of Panic attack in November 2017..after dat develop unwanted fear nervousness...nd in February left side headache with anxiety dizziness on walking with left arm leg pain ... feeling very frustrated.ma bp in range of 140/90.. what should I do

Hello, in case you are already taking medication for panic attacks, it would be judicious for you to consider therapy. The best practice for the treatment of panic disorder is medication along with the therapy. Kindly see a Clinical Psychologist near your place. Make sure you see a licensed clinical psychologist.
