Hi, I would suggest you to consult both a psychatrist for medicines and simultaneously a Psychologist also for therapy. As one of the biggest cause of migraine is unresolved traumas and stress of life which manifests in the form of pains and physical illness. Therapy can work on the root causes of your migraine issues.
Any of them would do. But neurologist will be a better option if you don't have any stress or anxiety or low mood issues which might precipitate migrain attacks. If you have these issues and also a migrain, a psychiatrist will be a best option. Hope it helps.
