1 Hello i feel back pain problem when I turn my back i feel pain
2 i feel pain when I have down and up after some work
3 Due to back pain i dont take or lift heavy weight product or anything
4 i feel pain when i stand for long time

Low back pain due to so many reasons it has to be properly assessed.visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment take electrical modalities treatment for 2 weeks,after reducing pain start doing back Strengthening exercises for 2 months.

helllo sir, back pain are mostly present either due to improper posture/weakness of the back muscles or sedentary lifestyle. Analyzing and understanding your problem is manadatory to relieve tha main cause which is PAIN. Stretching,strengthening and posture training will cure the symptom.
