Since last few months I have severe middle back pain.. xray shows.. minimal disc bulge.. some tingling in hands.. also.. i have pain around ribs.. and.. just below breast bone both sides.. full area is tender. It feels as if back pain is wrapped in ribs.. please can anyone help me.. its causing a lot of distress.. in my professional and personal life

You are getting investigations done. Surely you must have consulted a General Surgeon (if not an Orthopedic surgeon or a Neurosurgeon).

Take antacids as painkillers taken for back pain will make it worse
