Middle back pain
Since last few months I have severe middle back pain.. xray shows.. minimal disc bulge.. some tingling in hands.. also.. i have pain around ribs.. and.. just below breast bone both sides.. full area is tender. It feels as if back pain is wrapped in ribs.. please can anyone help me.. its causing a lot of distress.. in my professional and personal life

You are already on the right track. You are  getting investigations done. Surely you must have consulted a General Surgeon (if not an Orthopedic surgeon or a Neurosurgeon). Please don't waste your time on Tele-consultation. Take proper care of yourself by consulting a Neurosurgeon

Go for MRI  take HifenacMr twice a day and pgabalin 75 mg twice a day and do posture correction

For back do MRI Consult ortho doc as per ur report For other pain Could b gastritis Take antacids as painkillers taken for back pain will make it worse

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like back pain at middle of spine due to disc bulge or prolapse. Next Steps
Do MRI of back of spine for correct view of problem. Take treatment as follow as - Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. Tab Flexon mr 2 time per day for 3 day after food for pain . 3- Tab Pregalin M 75 mg 1 time per day for 3 day after food. 4- Tab Shelcal 500 mg 2 time per day for 21 day after food. 5- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 21 day after food for strength and immunity.
