Mentaly upset
My cousin is upset. She washing hands again and again. She feels allergic if anyone touch her. She stays away from everyone. She doesn't take bath for a week. She behaves abnormaly with us.

It seems that she may have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. A proper evaluation is needed. These are totally treatable disorders so the important thing is to get a proper diagnosis and then formulate a treatment plan and follow it.
