In old age, there can be multiple reasons for abnormal talk or behaviour. He needs to be evaluated for depression. But there is any sudden onset of abnormal or confused behaviour, then he needs to be seen & evaluated to find out the cause of the same & to rule out any physical or brain related or medication related reason for the same
