Meniscus injury
I've got medial meniscus tear in the peripheral part.I used to have locking and severe pain but now I don't have much noticeable pain. Now I have clicking sound while walking without pain. It's been almost 6months from injury. Can I ignore the sounds ??I've started doing yoga, sitting cross legged. Will it effect the tear!!If there is no pain can I consider my tear healed completely!!!
