You are 44 years old. Since you are still getting your periods , so we will put you in the category of  peri-menopausal state. Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area who can examine you, do a few investigations and start appropriate treatment.

For  bloating u take  medicine It's  not  advisable to  prepone  periods In ur  age
