Preconditions: highly fluctuating thyroid (usually hypo) from last 10 yrs, sjogren, raynaud, cloudy eyes (side effect of medications)

Blood sugar fasting: 76
Transferrin saturation: 12.98 (11.1 in Apr'23)
Triglyceride: 163
Glycosylated hb: 5.7 (5.8 in Apr'23)
Unconjugated billrubbin: 0.14
A/G ratio: 1.27
T4: 4.53
Specific gravity: 1.005
Leukocytes est: +
Pus cell: 8-10
Epithelial: 5-6
Iron: 46.3 (34.5 in Apr'23)
HS-CRP 5.3 in Apr'23
TSH: 215 (21.41 in Mar'23)
Extremely high TSH, pain in neck, problem in breathing, hairfall, skin turning blueish near eyes, lips, pain in chest, gastric after medicines, extreme dry skin, swelling near eyes, lips, extended periods. Medications: 100mg thyronorm, every alternate day or 2: orofer, shelcal, hcqs, supradyn, ensure milk powder, once a week: tayo 60k
Meds do not suit me.
Please suggest.
