It's difficult to diagnose just by this limited information. You need to consult a Psychiatrist and get evaluated again in detail. Your previous psychiatrist was following up on you regularly, so he might have known you & your condition well. But it's not the same with others. You have to discuss in detail about your condition from the beginning along with whatever treatment you have taken till now, dose, course, any side effects etc.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist online and if you are doing well with his treatment, follow up with him regularly.
Hello Sir
Good explanation of your details but there is further need of detailed understanding about your illness then only doses can be adjusted
Till than, do continue the pills as you are taking
And also if required, therapy/counseling can be started to boost illness recovery
Next Steps
kindly consult online for further management and treatment
I appreciate You for reaching out.
The dose of nexito has not been mentioned. And the symptoms are different from what u had initially. You need more detailed evaluation. And then there is a definite need for change in medication or dose. Do not stop your ongoing medications till u consult.
