Matcha tea effects on sperm count
Hello Dr, does any way matcha green tea effects the men's fertility especially on sperm count? My husband's sperm count decreased to 6million with 30% active motile.

Food rich in zinc ,selenium,vit b12,  vit c  and vit d3 are good for sperm quality . Food like liver, mutton ,chicken , fish , mushroom ,nuts ,citrus food ,and green vegetables are good for fertility and sperm quality. Green tea doesn't effect the quality of sperm

No, green tea doesn't effect sperm count. But add millets in your diet it improve sperm count.

Gud evening it's not only due to matcha tea intake due improper food habits no exercise, less sleep in night more of stress etc are also the other precausors of it. So pls focus on lifestyle modification.
