Mastitis and breastfeeding
Doctor, I am feeding my baby of 43 days old. My baby is unable to latch properly and drain milk completely. My breast feels engorged even after direct feeding and she is never gets satisfied even after spending 1 hr on each breasts. Now i have white spot seems to be mastitis and milk ducts are clogged. What to do doctor ?

You should try to express all the remaining milk in the breast after baby has had a feed. You can give that milk to the baby by bottle feed. You should also check your nipples if they are big enough for  the baby to feed.

Try  to  express  milk  from  breast manually  or  by  breast  pump u  can  take  Ibugesic   for  pain  relief

Sounds like you have nipple cut or something Need to examine In the meanwhile don't let the breasts get overfilled Express manually and make it soft
