Breastfeeding and dehydration
I feel extremely dehydrated since yesterday. Once I start breastfeeding I feel dehydrated dry mouth headache and no saliva secretion . I drink 4 to 5 litres of water .. how can I resolve this Also my Baby asks for feed every 1 hour. Does this mean he is not getting enough milk
