I have suddenly been experiencing pain in the Chest which may be the pain in the Manubrium. Acute shock or sharp pain is felt when moving or coughing. What is the best solutions to get rid of the pain

Start with normal analgesics but if not respond visit an orthopaedic surgeon to rule out costochondritis and reason for the same .
