Chest pain
I have left side chest pain sometimes it is in chest sometimes in shoulder someties in left arm and sometimes in scapular area...also feel numbness in left hand little finger sometimes...when i rest i get some releif in pain but have some pain while resting also.......pain is continuous and it has been for 2 months...ecg done 10 to 15 times and trop t 4 to 5 times everthing is normal and negative...done blood test also ckmb is 14.5 and cpk is 31...done tmt and 2d echo last year in aug 2024 it was also normal...pl tell why am i having pain

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes, metabolic disorder or epilepsy etc., if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep no pillow under the head. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.-  neck and shoulders and hands. -Any way it may be tried, --. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once  a day x 5days  --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1tab Once  a day x 10 days.
