Hi I am 24 year old girl. Lives in Pune. I am facing daydreaming issues lately and i am disturbed because of that . Some other things in my life causing stress anxiety .

Hi. Daydreaming is a dissociative phenomenon which is very common during stress. Daydreaming may cause problems in real life as you are facing due to excessive preoccupation about the present situation. Daydreaming is also common as a part of normal fantasy thinking during childhood, it may also be occurred during depression or in borderline personality disorder/ psychosis.
