Hi
your mom’s condition is really concerning to say the least.
Judging by your question , she has a h/o hypothyroidism, diabetes and piles.
Dizziness — there could be a lot of issues , and this is most concerning acc. To me.
Consult with an endocrinologist to see whether the therapies she is on are working appropriately.
Get proper blood pressure studies as this could be postural hypotension.
Also I wouldn’t wait for long to to get her properly evaluated.
I personally do not trust amazon supplements.
There are medications to help her to sleep.
Need for it may be assessed while consultation.
Piles.. people usually take isphagula husk to alleviate their problems , but an examination is necessary to make that recommendation in this case. Treatment is according to severity and grade of the condition.
I hope your mother gets well soon.
Kindly do not hesitate to take her to a qualified doctor.
