M nt able to gain weight.
I want a diet plan . As i stay in hostel i dnt get good food i can nly get fruits so what can i do to gain weight without proper meal n without outsid protien ? I m a sports person so i m lossing wieght drastically .. i get nly 5hrs sleep .. dr help me with this ..

Hi Avoid junk foods,add extra calories to your diet,have 4 to 5 meals rather than large 3...add protein rich foods and healthy fats to diet for e.g..egg white...add fibre rich foods like green leafy veggies,carrots,Apple,banana etc....do regular exercise without failure...do bulk up exercises like weight lifting etc....consult dietitian for further details
