Gud evening pls kindly share in detail about your medical history if u have any internal health issues,share your detail dietary pattern vegetarian or non vegetarian or both,lifestyle routine like exercising daily for gaining Muscle mass or not,how much is your water intake per day,do u have any kind of stress if yes then do yoga or meditation for minimum of 20mins in evening time,r u sleeping early or late night pls share,everything needed to be known by me prior.
